Abstract
In this session, we wish to explore several topics in evolutionary epistemology. The (original) three papers share no central theme aside from a loose affiliation with this topic, though all three look very promising! In most years, there have been sessions on evolutionary epistemology and/or evolutionary ethics, and we would like to continue this theme!
The first papers for this session are by Fritz Allhoff, Anand Vaidya, and Kent van Cleave; I add this information given the recent email by Prof. Nyhart regarding possible errors (there seems to be a space after the semicolon below). After these three papers were grouped, we had requests by Ben Fraser and Werner Callebaut to join the session. These would be the fourth and fifth papers respectively, which is too many unless we do a double session. What I would propose is that you let me know if there is another paper from the general submission pool that would be appropriately gathered under our theme and, if so, I'll expand to a double session thus adding Ben, Werner, and one more papers. If not, I should probably stay with the first three submitted. Regardless, I'll add Ben's and Werner's emails below (for now) just to keep the option open.
Thanks,
Fritz
